we created a logo sourced some lovely local organic teas from storm tea and got our baker to bake blackberry tarts,toffee cake,cherry bakewell tarts,cupcakes,rainbow cakes,macarons

The French Oven shop is situated in the City Centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne. You can find us in the Grainger Market, a grade 1 listed building built in 1835. We started trading on the 14th of October 2006 and have gone from strength to strength.
We are an Independent Artisan Bakery, we believe quality and freshness are most important. Therefore baking takes place all day and night to offer you the best products. Items are made individually and by hand. We do not use additives or preservatives & our loaves contain just 4 ingredients.
Our success relies heavily on the fabulous effort and team work that each and every staff member provides. Our bakery products are produced by 4 skilled bakers and cake makers who have over 150 years experience between them. The team of 15 friendly shop staff have a diverse age range of 15-62 years old.
